Hi guys,

Yesterday (Thursday 12th Feb. for us) turned out to be the hottest day Auckland experienced in a very, very long time.

A high of 32ºC (90ºF) was touched......and it was sweltering with the high humidity. We had some rain toward the evening which only encouraged the humidity and "mugginess". Sheesh!!

Hopefully, it's a wee bit cooler today!!

PS: This is a serious thread.....a very serious thread!!

90F is not hot ...at least when your from AZ....try 118F
my personal hottest Ive ever been in July 2005 in Bullhead city AZ 126F

Been emailing some friends in Australia and its scary the weather they have been getting.

Theres something weird going on with the weather as we are having the coldest winter for years and I am cold at the moment, and that's inside and its snowing!

Stay cool my friend and out of the sun. plenty of liquids.

Good day to drink plenty of ice cold beer.

Up here in Boston, MA. its been unseasonably warm with temps in the low to mid 50's the last couple of days. I like hot weather, typically in the summer we hit the 90's a lot and its very humid too. That's why I love going to Cape Cod.
