Men's Rolex Daytona w/ Diamond Bezel

"Men's Silver w/Diamond Bezel Daytona, Band is 18k. I inherited the watch and have worn it for about two years. I had it checked and authenticated. Suggest that you do the same. The bezel has 24 diamonds in two rows approx 2+ CT. Will ship insured priority. after receiving cleared payment. Will allow 2 day inspection period for refund if requested. Watch must be shipped back at buyers expense insured with tracking number no exceptions. Returned watch will be inspected and a refund issued if not altered, damaged or otherwise tampered with. "

Sub dials don't look right to me. Opinions?

He would claim that it was altered by the buyer and you would never see your refund. What a scumbag.

or
you would take it for authentication like he advises in his listing and it gets taken off you of at very least gets looked at for more than 2 days so you cant get a refund
