I like the blue. I liked the black more than the blue initially when Rolex switched from black to blue. Now the blue is doing it for me.

I like it too Bas, but I still think the gloss black dial makes the markers “pop” more than the blue.

Never realized this was a glossy dial.

Very nice indeed. I noticed no crown at the 6 o’clock marker. I guess that’s to differentiate it from the newer movement?

Love the blue! After I lost interest in my BLNR I said never to a GMT again but this color combo could change that.

Blue is very nice. The ss BLRO would be much more appealing to me with a blue dial.

Perfect. It’s hard to find a blue dial that doesn’t look good.

I think that goes best with the pepsi bezel. To me the standard black dial makes the bezel stand out too much. Adding the blue dial helps everything look more balanced, IMO. Instead of having two colors (red and blue) stand out against the black it's now mostly blue with some red to stand out.

Both options work well but my preference goes to the blue dial for this GMT.

Absolutely gorgeous. I would be switching the dial too if I was lucky enough to own one!

I believe you are correct. There must be very few of these no crown versions in the wild.

Very nice and a question:
When you perform this swap you have to install new hands or use the old ones? Thanks on advance!

Nice Bas! What happens to the black dial, does it has to be returned to Rolex or stays in your shop?
