Monopoly. I do wish though they would make a hexagonal board with more properties and the ability to add 2 more players. And have more safe spaces, like parks and museums.

Wow! I remember when Trivial Pursuit came out. It’s was a huge deal...waiting list and what not. My parents are 79 and 74. They play Scrabble several times a week. I remember playing Sorry.

Not exactly a board game, but Mah Jong is my favorite table game. My grandparents learned it while on assignment in the Philippines, but now whenever my family is together we play hours of Mah Jong.

If we are being strict about board games pandemic is my favorite of them at the moment.

Pulled out the Monopoly game during the last hurricane and power outage we had here in Florida. Made the best of a bad situation.

(Ah, memories! I spent so many hours playing those games when I was a kid.)

"AZUL". This is an interesting 'strategy game' that is fun, not too mentally taxing, and has a big enough element of chance that the 'smartest' person doesn't always win. A game takes about 45 mins which is just perfect for folks like me who aren't interested in marathon sessions.
