Updated Datejust 36 vs Explorer 36, did Rolex finally get the lugs right?
Up until now, I considered the Explorer to be best in class when it comes to 36mm case proportions, but looking at the tapered lugs of the new Datejust 36, I’m not so sure which 36 mm watch has the best proportions now.
What do you guys think? Do you prefer the case of the Basel 2019 DJ 36 or the case of the Explorer? |

would need to see real versions next to each other, not photos
I love the 36 Ex, the new DJ 36 seems to have it right but I can't say which is "better" Anyone know the lug to lug on the new DJ 36? We can compare to the lug to lug of the 36 Ex and also, would like to compare the new DJ lug to lug to the 116200 lug to lug Ok, I think i've written lug to lug enough |

No, because it’s just photos. Need to see actual watches side by side, not 2 photos

Rolex has perfected the lugs on the 2019 DJ36. It’s back to its classy and tapered proportions.
