What is a fair price...
...for a 1999 Daytona (Zenith movement) 2 - tone, no box/papers, but in EXCELLENT shape? I saw some sales, but they vary vastly, so just wanted to ask the experts...

I've been shopping around for a Zenith Daytona. What I have found is that the TT bring less than SS, and obviously less than 18K. That being said, I think if you can get in the mid to upper $7k range you are doing well on a TT with box/papers, etc., in good condition.
