this is just my personal taste but for me it’s the lange by a mile. I love that watch and love the 35mm case.

Without having any idea which watches you're talking about I can assure you that the ALS is the better choice.

I have the Lange in white gold. It is a great watch. I choose it over the VC. The reason why is at the time I did not like the railroad track. I have since changed my tune and also bought a Traditionnelle. While these thing are very subjective, I prefer my Traditionnelle over my Saxonia.
Both are very reliable. |

Don’t even think about it - ALS all the way. Handled the VC today and was completely underwhelmed

Between those two, it's the Lange.
But there is also this:

Both very reliable.
It all comes down to which one you like the most or what brand appeals more to you. I would probably go VC if between those two particular models, in general I favor ALS.

I prefer the Vacheron. Both are very nice and also very similar though.

From those two I'd select VC but my generic choice is Lange. I'd even take a Lange 1 over both of those.

Lange - I had the Vacheron & the small seconds with the rail track is too busy IMO

I have both that VC and the Lange in the 1815 version. I like the VC from the front and the Lange from the back. Either way, you won't go wrong and are getting a better watch than if you bought a Patek, and I have the 5119 as well.

Between the two I like the Formsparache of that VC better. It’s firm and ALS is somewhat floppy, for a lack of better description.
