Incoming(s) so far in 2019

Watch collecting journey taking a twist in 2019.

The last 5 watches added so far this year are all nothing spectacularly hard to source (no deposit or waiting list for years required) and yet superb value and just great looking pieces I enjoy. From the sporty orange GMT hand in 216570 to gardening watch 214270 (you can see the gardening battle scar the wrist) to the vintage like Tudor big blocks and lastly, the dressy black El Primero Chronometer Moon phase.. I think I have all the basis covered.

Variety is the spice of life and a few wrist shots to share here and hope you enjoy

Great looking pieces! Same here, except that I'm still waiting for the Polar

Great call! I love the Polar too and added this one (V serial) in late 2018 so ... did not make it into the 2019 list haha!!

Two of my favorite Rolex models! Explorer II is my daily and I'm going to need to add an Explorer sometime soon. I love these overlooked - and relatively easy to source - models. Well played!

All great and worthy additions. Well done. And it’s only half way through the year!

Nice collection! I don't see a battle scar on the Explorer, so it can't be too bad

Are the Tudor chrono thick and block like, as suggested by its name?
Do you find its height similar to the modern day black bays (41mm)?

That Zenith is gorgeous! Plus the El Primero movement is a classic engineering masterpiece. Beautiful reference and wonderful collection.
