No, there is the option for regular bracelet with 'normal' coloured baguette set dial. Or one with full pave dial and full set bracelet.
Lugs without diamonds are not an option, and never were on the WG and YG either.

Exactly. Part of the whole appeal is the fact that they are so rare and that Rolex uses the best gemstones available.
