Milgauss 116400gv black dial - new or used?

Should I get a new Milgauss from an AD or a used one from the gray? It is definitely cheaper to get a preowned one, but I'm curious on opinions.

What are your opinions / priorities?

Do you want a new watch with your name on the warranty card and establishing a "relationship" - valued by some - at an AD...

Or do you want to save money on a watch - which may be banged up - or not...you don't comment on condition, age or price.

Depends on how much cheaper and how old. Normally I like new as you get 10 years until first service. Service cost at RSC is over $700 now so factor that and scratches, dents, dings and the potential hassle of acquisition.

To me, grey makes sense if you can’t source a watch through AD and you really want one.

Thanks for all the replies, it's a brand new from AD that I saw on display. It's been on display for a week, according to the salesperson. I didn't ask for a discount but if I decide to pull the trigger on I may ask for one. $8,200 retail. I've been seeing pre-owned ones for around 7,000.

I saw one on display the other day at an AD and I'm just thinking about pulling the trigger on it. It's been on display for a week now.
