New Sub all of a sudden losing time

Hello all,

First post here but long time lurker. I bought my Sub brand new last December and have worn it pretty much every day since. I don't baby this thing. I wear it to work and on vacation.

Anyway, I time my watch occasionally and it has always kept great time. Been running +1.7s per day. I just checked the time now and it all of a sudden lost 20 seconds. I have never dropped it but I do vaguely remember catching it on the back of my office chair when getting up a couple days ago. It wasn't particularly hard from what I remember.

Has this happened to anyone? Should I wait and see how it goes? Should I pull the crown and take it in to get looked at? I promise I'm not the guy that obsesses over the little things but this seems like it could be a big thing. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
