Good news & bad timing

I have an incoming tomorrow from a trusted member here on TRF, which I am very very excited about!
And just earlier today, I got a call from AD telling me that she has a great news for me. The watch I was interested and asked to put on the list 3 months ago is here.... I didn’t think they will call me, so I purchased another watch and because of personal budget on watches I had to pass on this opportunity to the next lucky buyer on the list. Will be back on the list again when I’m ready for next one.

Talking about good news & bad timing.. well at least I have a beautiful watch tomorrow.

Which one did you want more?

Either way, sounds like you have the right attitude about it!

Congratulations on your new datejust, and the sub shouldn’t be that hard to come by when you’re ready for it!

That’s a great Datejust. I’m guessing that the Sub will get an upgraded movement so maybe this is a win win.
