Nice. I love me a DJ with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. Is that a white dial or silver? Some pics looks white but that last pic appears to be silver sunburst.

Also, be careful with that bracelet on that side of the watch. You’ll get some nasty scratches on the case. My advice is if you are going to wear a bracelet wear it on the crown side.

congrats. Nice looking DJ, I love fluted and jubilee as well.

Not hard to get at all, but glad you were actually able to buy a watch you want at a store

Beautiful DJ OP and congrats.

I’d go without the bracelet.

Fluted and Jubilee. That's how I'd configure a Datejust. It is a nice piece you've acquired and congratulations.

Thanks all, before this I found that ADs have limited selection of DJ41s, and fewer and fewer of them. I've traveled across three countries in the last six months, visited a dozen ADs, tried on the following of this line:

1. White dial / roman numerals / Jubilee / steel bezel
2. Rhodium dial / batons / Jubilee / Fluted
3. Wimbledon
4. Blue dial w/diamonds / Oyster
5. White dial / batons / Jubilee / steel bezel
6. Black dial / batons / Oyster / Fluted

Most stores had only one in the case, maybe two, and none had the model I purchased (until the last one obviously), which blew me away in ways that none of the others did.

Reactions to each are (Personal taste, I know):

1. I wanted Roman numerals but seeing them on the white dial disappointed me (online looked so much better).

2. Just didn't pop

3. Niche

4. Not my style at all, though beautiful watch

5. Great watch, but plain somehow

6. Great, but I have my beloved 114060 and didn't want a black dial on a dressier watch

RE: bracelets, the photos have it right alongside the watch, but it wears better than that (when I'm not snapping a shot of my own wrist). In any event, I've been designing bracelets and enjoying them, many compliments in the wild, particularly alongside my Sub-C, will be launching a store soon.
Didn't design the one in the photo though...

Beautiful watch, I think it looks really nice with that bracelet, but I would be scared of the damage that would do to the watch case.

Very nice! Isn't it refreshing to just walk into an AD and they have something you can actually buy (and they will actually sell it to you)?!
