Hello-
I have recently acquired a 1977 Rolex Datejust 16013. It is two tone and has a grey Tapestry dial. (pics to follow tonight!)

It has the following markings on the bracelet:
62510 H

The end links are marked:
555

Is this the correct bracelet and end links for this watch?

A 16013 is a TT DateJust. A 62510 bracelet is a SS bracelet so it should not
be at a TT watch. The 555 endlinks will be correct to a 62510 bracelet.

Hi. Just looked at the several Rolex bands that I have here. Jocke is absolutely right - the band that you have belong to 16014 or 16030, but not to 16013.

I have a very similar issue. I just purchased a 79 datejust tt 16013 series. I asked the jeweler to put a tt oysterband on it, as I do not care for the tt jubilee band. Overall, I am very pleased with the watch, it is immaculate. The only issue I'm dealing right now is apparently that jeweler put a y series band on it, which is a '96 model band. It is in very good shape, but the endlinks are not the correct series for this watch. There is a "gap" between the endlinks and the fluted bezel of what appears to be a little over 1 mm, but not quite 2 mm (don't have a caliper). The jeweler told me he is looking for the correct series end links for this watch, since they changed the case somewhat from the 90's models, and the newer style was a little slimmer, hence the endlinks didn't need to be as "high" up. He told me that the endlink series for my circa watch is the 493 series link. Well, I looked at my watch bracelet and it is stamped 493 on both links. I have a feeling you and I have the same end link issue, so if you figure yours out, let me know. I've already emailed the jeweler and told him he might need to research a little better. I love the watch, overall, though. It's my 5th, and last one. Great vintage look, and although I'm probably in the minority, I love the acrylic crystal look.

Here's what I got. My 1984 TT DJ 16013 has 62523H.18 and the end links marked 455 with 3035 movement The Rolex 3035 was used by Rolex from about 1977 until 1988 when it was replaced by the currently in service Rolex 3135. The 27 jewel Rolex 3035 is a self-winding, mechanical movement, and features Microstella adjusting screws and a freely sprung Breguet balance spring. These features was carried over to the 3135 of today.
I have mine all original, except for the mainspring, which was replaced with the white alloy unbreakable kind. Not bad for an almost 25 year old watch,this chronometer grade caliber 3035 in my Rolex DJ keeps excellent time -2/+2 per day, which is well within COSC specifications.

Thank you as well. My bracelet is the same as yours, exactly same series numbers. The only difference are the end links being 493 versus 455. I'll let this jeweler know. That's good information. This is a good site for information on these watches.
