How does 5 digit sub fit?

I finally got a chance to try on the submariner 16610 at my AD and want your opinion on how it fits. Please give me your opinions. Thanks!

Agreed, you should see how it feels adjusted to fit snugly above your wrist bone.

Ok here’s better pic with bracelet tighter and watch to the left of my wrist bone. It doesn’t feel big to me at all!

Service dial? I notice a different shade on the dial vs hands and insert. I'd be more concerned about that.

I’m not going to buy this particular watch from AD just wanted to see how it fits. Trusted seller has a much better 16610 for me to buy. Thanks for pointing that out.

About anyone can wear a 5 digit from what I have seen. So much better wearer than the ceramic imho.

I adjusted the watch to the left of my wrist bone and pulled the bracelet tight as you advised and it fit much better and felt much more comfortable. Thanks man!

It's a good fit and a great choice. Hope you find the right one to buy. I just got one today from a private seller on Chrono/24

If you feel comfortable and not too top heavy then it is a good fit!

Not sure there are many better fitting watches out there. Man, woman, large wrists, small wrists, etc. looks good on your wrist, as it would on nearly any.

Looks much better when you find the right fit. Whatever is most comfortable to you is how you should wear it. After wearing my Sub for over 6 years, I find it most comfortable in the position I suggested. After awhile it almost feels like it’s a part of my arm and not really there. I just felt like offering a bit of perspective. Be sure to have the place you bought from or your local AD size it to your liking. Congrats on the new watch and wear the heck out of it!

I think the 5 digit fits me perfectly! The 116610 was way too thick and tall on my smaller wrist. See picture below. Cheers

5 digit sub looks perfect for your wrist size. It’s a classic- and its size/shape will suit you fine.

Just my humble opinion . . .

5-digits look a lot nicer than the newer 6-digit maxi-cases with the really wide lugs. They (to me) seem too rectangular. Again, just my own opinion. Yours may vary.
