Protective Stickers...is this a record?

My wife bought me my first Rolex ...GMT IIc...a little over 6 years ago, I would consider that I’ve worn it well (as opposed to it being well worn!), it’s been nearly a daily worn watch, been in the sea, the pool, travelled, MTB adventures, showered, cleaned with toothbrush....sitting in the car a few minutes ago, admiring the watch thinking would I have it polished or not if it went for a service....low and behold I just spotted a sticker that I hadn’t removed when I had it how the hell have I missed it and how has it stayed on over 6 years!!!

That’s why you should always be using a loupe to view your watch

I have found some a few years later but well hidden ones within the inside of the clasp. How the heck did you miss that every time you put on and took off your watch?

They’re easy to miss. I found one not long ago on my blro on the inside of the clasp. 6 years may be a record here though, if not left on purpose

What? That's not unusual at all, my GMT still has the bezel protector on it lol

That's because Rolex uses super special secret sticky tape.

if you sell it, you can advertise "protective sticker in place".
