Rolex service in Geneva has been using email for a long time but mostly for updates on in person services. It’s not the best way to get a response, however, to general inquiries. For that, a letter in the post is best.

I get response everytime using their customer service email.

They won't receive your email if you try to attach file over 10mb unless they send you the link to set up "ROLEX SECURE FILE TRANSFER".
