Why do I get so many Span calls in Chinese?
I get like multiples per day... I don’t speak Chinese. Can’t they spam me in English so I know what they trying to sell me !!! I’m physically in the US so u would assume spamming me in English makes more sense no?

I get the same type of oriental language calls on my cell phone. Also I am in USA. The caller ID is disguised with the same area code as my phone number to make it look like a local call. Have no idea the motive? Surely others must be receiving spam calls on their cell phones?

I just get pre recorded ones. Once they think you’ve connected, a real person then joins the call to reel you in.
That’s when I hang up. Hopefully wasted just a bit of their time too.
