Jomashop Nomos Warranty
Hi guys,
I recently purchased a Nomos Minimatik, ref 1203, from Jomashop. I'm ecstatic with my purchase and love the watch but I have one question regarding the warranty - I was under the impression I am not entitled to the factory warranty but rather have a 2 year warranty through Jomashop. My confusion is that when unboxing the watch, an envelope including both an instructions booklet as well as a signed Nomos warranty card was inside. The warranty card is fully completed including Model, Registration #, movement ref, purchase date & signed/stamped by what appears to be a retailer based in an overseas country. Should I contact Nomos or Jomashop about this card or should I assume I am entitled to the Nomos warranty and send it in for a service at the end of the manufacturer's warranty along with signed card? Thanks. |

If the watch was sold as part of the Dealers retail process, the warranty is likely valid, but that would need to be determined by the manufacturer.
Not sure why you would send in in for service after the warranty is up. A warranty card doesn't get you a free service..
