Any experiences refinishing titanium pieces at RSC?

Does anyone have any experience on refinishing their titanium watches, such as the Tudor Pelagos, at the RSC? If so, do you have any pictures to show the quality of work? I've heard that some ADs might not even refinish titanium watches?

I've heard here that they don't do any refinishing on a Pelagos, for example.

You'd think they could at least re-brush the brushed parts. I'm not sure of the reason for this.

Not disputing anything you've heard as I don't have any evidence to the contrary. But why would Rolex/Tudor sell something they could not service? Why bother using titanium or other materials that could not be serviced? Would they simply swap out damaged titanium cases or bracelets for new ones?

I've never heard that RSC won't polish a Pelagos during service time. I could certainly see an AD though not wanting to polish a titanium watch in-house though since they don't have much experience with the metal.

Get one of those titanium scrub pads off amazon or online parts stores, i used it on a titanium breitling avenger and i refinished myself to like new condition

Got confirmation from the AD that they can't refinish titanium pieces due to unspecified reasons. They have to send the watch back to the factory in order to refinish it.

Just ordered a pair of very fine and ultrafine Scotch-Brite scouring pads - I guess that'll do the trick.

Before you go tinkering with the pads, perhaps a call to the RSC in your area of the EU would be possible?

ADs have been known to commit an error stating what the RSC can or cannot do.
