With that glow I would say it’s all service parts...or possibly all relumed...

Likely all service parts. What does the seller say?

He told me it has been replaced, but it shows tswiss in the dial and seems to have a little patina.

So you already knew. Is this a quiz?

But seriously, if you already know that the dial, hands, and bezel are service parts, what did you want to know exactly? The photos really don't show the condition of the case. If it's value, you can take about 40%-50% off the price of a good fully original example.

you have a mixture of things going on there.. The dial is relumed, as service luminova does not patina.. I can tell by the bright lume shot, it's faux patina relume.

You are chasing after one of the more difficult references to find in nice original condition.

This one is a hard pass for me.

x2. If you're looking for a 1655, there are much better examples out there. I'd rather have a beat-up example, than one that's been messed with like that one. It's also got a service bezel, for the record.
