Hi Everyone- a friend of mine came across this watch and asked me if it was real. I couldn't tell by the pics, but figured it was probably a fake because I didn't see any serial numbers or distinct Rolex features. The gold was not tarnished and they say it has decent weight for a watch of its size. Could anyone shed any light on this piece? I appreciate any info. Thanks in advance.

It's fake, stainless steel caseback is the kicker among other tells.
