No different than all the market volatility we've seen. People speculating on the economic and market effects of the wuhan flu. CNBC has been covering the flu non-stop for a reason.

Same thing when war breaks out in oil rich or mineral rich countries. People are suffering and dying, while others are wondering how they can capitalize on it. Pretty sad when you think of it, but that's just human nature I suppose!
