"Wrist Envy"?

Do people with small wrists have "wrist envy"? I'm just curious. Btw my wrist is 7.5 inches which is not huge but I'm happy with it. I can pretty much wear any watch that I wish.

Nope, I do not have wrist envy. I have small wrist but since I wear my watches on the underneath side of my wrist, I can wear any watch I want!!!

I have a small wrist 6.75 and no envy on my end. I love what I have and would not change anything.

Wrist is 6.5" which can be a nuisance. But at times it works out as I got a Datejust at the right money because the bracelet was small and no one was willing to fork out money on a new one.

They will no doubt get bigger and I will be spending a fortune on spare links to wear all the things!!

Good God I want a Panerai so bad! But with my matchstick wrists they would certainly snap from the pure weight of it.
I`m not sure I even have 6,5" wrists, I will not measure them again cause I just cant handle the truth
Envy? Envy?! Darn right I envy people with bigger wrists! i want a Panerai! And a Planet ocean, and a Blancpain, but can I? Noooooooo, not for me
40mm is the biggest I can go, and whats that? A panerai is 44mm and up you say? OOOooooh, reeeally!
Yeah, I know I got issues....

I'm not envious of anybody's wrist, what they are wearing on their wrist, now that's a different matter.

As for wrist envy, I have smaller hands and wrists than any other person above the age of ten I know. I hardly find things to fit my wrists, but the only decoration I need is that little bone that sticks out!
I still need to find a way to steal Aadil's beautiful DJ and sneakily get the links taken out so that it can stay on!

Nope.

I don't strap a clock to my wrist, so at 7 1/4 or so they are fine for 36-40mm. Any bigger is too big.

I tend to agree but at 7 1/4 I think 42mm is reasonable. I have seen 45-47mm on 6-7 inch wrists and it looks odd to me-a little out of place.

Maybe.

Tried on a PO once and it was just too much. IMHO, of course.

Call me naive, but I don't believe this guy ever discussed "wrist envy" in any of his writings.
