Iwc portofino seconds not moving
I am looking a buying a portofino chrono but the small dial to the left that is the seconds counter is not moving. Other than that the Watch seems to be working as it should and keeping time.
Is this a common problem or failure of this model? Can it be easily and inexpensively fixed by a watch maker? |

Not that I know of. Ask your nearest IWC service centre? I would pass on this one.

I am going to negotiate the cost of repair and service off the price.
Questions: 1. will a full IWC service fix the problem. Assuming the cost will be around 800? 2. with there be a significant up charge to fix the problem from IWC? 3. could the movement be damaged a require major repair or replacement? 4. has anyone seen this type of damage before on any other chronos? |
