Some watches are more than just watches, they are pieces of history !! In 1969, 50 years ago, mankind walked on the moon, to commemorate the occasion, Omega created a series of 1014 gold Speedmasters named "Apollo 11 1969" as a tribute to the NASA astronauts.

Date: Circa 1969
Movement: Later 861 replaced during a service in 1982
Dial: Perfect condition service dial replaced in 1982.
Case: Original 1969 case in good condition, bares some marks mainly to the bezel. The gold on the mid-case had discoloured to a very cool purple. Insert is a later service replacement changed in 1982. The crown is also a later service replacement.
Strap/Bracelet: Brand-new Diametris strap, Original 1969 gold bracelet can be included at extra expenses.
Buckle/Clasp: Generic stainless steel buckle.
