Finally a new incoming
Long story short:
3 years ago I bought a 2-tone, black faced, jubilee, fluted datejust. 126333. Love it and it has been my daily wearer since then. But the longer you stay on these boards the more enabled this group gets you. So I'd been looking for a 2nd watch to compliment the one I have. After much research I wanted a Sub. Either a 2-tone blue faced one (116613LB) or a steel green one (116610LV). I get a call yesterday from the AD that they got a blue sub in. I tell them I'll be in today to purchase it. It's all arranged. Then I get a call from the AD this morning and am like, "uh oh, what happened?" What happened is that the AD also got in a 116610LV and it was mine if I wanted it. Of course that was the one that I really wanted as it complimented my date just better than another 2-tone watch. I drop everything at lunch and drive to the AD and buy the watch. Woot! It's been almost 2 years that I've been wanting this watch.
