Is this a find?
A friend of mine just got this watch recently, I have no clue if it’s a find or is it something one can stumble on easily, I know this forum has a couple of Rolex experts, I would like to hear some of your opinions, especially regarding its value.
It is not for sale, but I would appreciate more information is possible. Thanks |

I'm no expert by any means, but I feel fairly confident in sayng that is, indeed, a find.

Just did a quick google search of "6265 yellow gold Daytona", and there's listed on Chrono24 for $127,470...so that should give you some idea.

That IS a find!....I'm likely wrong but feel like the end links are older than the watch? Like 71 should be more 6241 era. But still think it's Gorgeous!

Find?
He didn't say his friend found it. Maybe his friend bought it for $130,000 then in that case he lost money! OP, how much did your friend pay for it?

...or he could have inherited it? What's it matter how it was obtained? Doesn't change the fact that it is a valuable (and beautiful) watch.

I did some research after I read the reference number from you guys, and it’s seems this watch is in a pretty good condition. |
