The Mrs got an Olive Green Oyster Perpetual.
Good evening guys.
This dial was hard to find. Watches of Switzerland only had three in the whole of the country, all reserved. Luckily a local AD got one in their recent allocation. After we put the deposit down, three other people wanted to put a deposit down on this also. The 34mm Olive Green dial really pops, takes on so many different tones. The orange highlights add a subtle bit of character that's only really visible to the wearer. Really liking Rolex's Oyster Perpetual line up at the moment!! Cheers. |

Always loved that dial color. Its too bad they didnt make it in the 39mm or im sure it would as popular as the white dial.

As you said, Green / Orange combo makes the dial looks fantastic. I bet it looks stunning under sunshine.
Congrats to the Mrs. :-)

Been close to pulling the trigger on one of these for my wife several times (different dial color though). They are such great watches. So simple and perfect. Every color looks great. Congrats.

If that dial was available on a bigger case size, I'd definitely snatch one up. |

Thank you for all of the kind messages.
She loves it. Got it put on the house insurance as well and happy with the price. Regarding the olive green dial, I honestly think Rolex will be releasing a 36 or 39mm version this year. The dial is simply beautiful. I believe strongly, if they release a bigger size, it ll be hard to source for sure. Similar to a blue dial DJ 41. Thanks again. I ll get a wrist shot and post it on here. |
