With the links that come on NEW oyster bracelets, obviously case size (lug to lug), and solid end links will alter things somewhat, what is the factory default wrist size diameter they're measured to fit?

I am assuming that based in Europe, metric is the preferred measurement used, but I would also like to know inches.

And what about the the position of the bracelet ends on the clasp, and the easy link?
