Incoming Doxa, Sub 200

I have several dive watches but have longed for one with an orange dial. I've reviewed several different brands and decided on a Doxa, Sub 200, 42 m m. Not the most expensive watch I've purchased but not the cheapest either. However, it seems to fit my needs as I'm a simple desk diver and just want a reliable, good looking watch for regular, casual wear. I've read up on Doxa and they seem to be quite reputable but I'd like to get some first hand information from actual owners. So, anyone who owns or has owned a Doxa please feel free to express your opinions. One very positive thing about the brand; I purchased it on line yesterday and it will be delivered via Fed Ex tomorrow as free delivery. Picture attached is their stock website photo.

Please post pics and reviews once you get it! I was just asking about these in a separate thread!

Interesting. I looked at the website and like the blue dial. Looks decent. :)

It’s a quality dive watch Jerry. Doxa has been in business since 1889 and was a favorite of Jacques Cousteau.
Congratulations!

Well, I went for it and was NOT disappointed in any way. Its a great watch, simple and made as a basic dive watch. Very light on the wrist but in no way fragile thanks to the 20 mm beads of rice band. At first I thought the band would be too thin with a 42 mm case but it wears very well. I have several large divers and I was looking for something that was lighter on my wrist and I've certainly found it. Its keeping perfect time and the orange color is simply fantastic. Its presence is known but it doesn't shout at you. All in all I couldn't be happier. A medical situation delayed my short review and has limited my input but I wanted to get something out to those who are considering the Doxa Sub 200. Oh yes. and the ceramic bezel is a subtle orange marked beauty. I highly recommend this watch if you're looking for a classy basic function diver.

I have ordered the same orange dial but with the orange rubber bracelet for a fun summer watch from a respected manufacturer. Photos to follow as soon as it arrives.

Congratulations!
Looking forward to the photos as I’m also considering this one with the orange dial.

As you can see, I have the Doxa Sub200 in orange. I love it - for the money it is a tremendous watch and I would highly recommend it. A lot of summer fun.
