Would AP replace a sapphire crystal alone, without a service/overhaul?

Good day all,

I was wondering if AP would do so, and if anyone has had it done before?

My RO crystal has some deep scratches/smudges by the previous owner (all disclosed to me prior to purchasing).
The watch does not need a service, nor do I want to touch the case, and so I'm wondering if AP would replace just a sapphire crystal.

I had a replacement ceramic bezel after a month of ownership, I bought the watch brand new. I needed a service and water resistance test.

No. I asked a few years ago when I scratched my ROO crystal. Good news is crystal replacement is included in service cost. Chrono pushers and crown is also included except for Pt and RG.

Thank you. You mean they had to service is for you to get that bezel replacement, only 1 month after ownership?

Good to know that a crystal replacement is included in the service cost.
Perhaps they will be a little more accommodating in the future to just a crystal change. I will certainly ask, but will be prepared to be let down and have to do a full overhaul.
