26480TI New style hands legibility?

Two questions for those of you that have experience with both the typical ROOC and the new 26480TI with its hollow hands.

1. Are the hollow hands less legible? When checking the time, is there a noticeable difference in readability between the two styles of hands?

2. In your opinion is there enough lume on the new hands?

Thanks in advance. Hard to tell online and I have no chance to try one on without purchasing first.
