Question about vintage AP Cal. 2001
Hello all, I have been looking for a vintage AP dress watch for quite some time and recently came across a piece (no idea the reference) with a small sub seconds like a vintage Calatrava. It has a picture of the movement which I determined to be a vintage Cal. 2001.
However, after I did a quick search for more information on this movement and the watch it was put into, I realized that all of the pictures I can find of the watch are all signed "SWISS". The particular piece I am looking at is signed "SWISS MADE". Is this legit? Could it be a service/replacement dial? Or a complete fake? If it is real, what would a watch like this (watch only) be worth in USD? I can't find any more literature about this particular watch online and I would appreciate if any of the experts here can help me out. I have attached some pictures for your reference. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you very much! |

Try bringing it to the service center ? If they take in the watch means it’s real ?
