In between size-wise? Sub would be great. Datejust would give you a little variety. OP would make for a simple addition.

Honestly, I’d get a dress watch.

You want something 'in between'? I don't geddit. You are now considering another three-hand basic tool watch that comes on a steel bracelet and doesn't have date or GMT feature or other interesting/ useful complications like a dive bezel or chrono, nor a classic/dressy style to change your 'look', but has a bit more colour. In terms of what it would do for your collection, surely there are better ways to blow £5-10k ('in between' the budget of your existing two). If it were me I wouldn't get another three hand Rolex in another Oyster case. I'd consider something like a Speedmaster Pro (if wanting to stay casual /sportswatch), or Glashuette Original Panomatic (if wanting a beautiful dress watch that's in a steel case and still quite chunky) or maybe even an IWC Portuguesier Chrono if you wanted to compromise between dressing up and still having a sporty feature. |

DateJust. Get any DJ configuration except a black dial model.

Both nice watches, but I feel in-between the 2 is a pointless addition.
I'd go for a fluted/jubilee DJ or move away from Rolex and go for a Moonwatch. |

36mm DateJust, or 39mm OP.
Something other than a Rolex. Grand Seiko. |

Something non rolex?
Dress watch or something sporty on a strap? A chrono maybe?

DateJust with a lighter dial or a white dial Daytona. Try on that Mil before you buy it. It is a chunk of a watch. If you have a small frame it will be a big watch on you.

I’d get a DJ blue or silver dial

DJ -- this will bridge the casual-business-semi-formal span. You got two great watches in the Exp (sporty-casual-to business in a pinch) and the GMT (sporty-casual-beast). Very nice two-watch collection already -- best wishes going forward!
