Hi all please help Rolex oyster perpetual date

Good time everyone. My name is Alexey, I am from Russia. I have a question for experts! my old Rolex raises questions to which I could not find answers. the mechanism is all right, but the dial and the hands .... the marks on the dial are very long - I have not found a similar dial and watch as a whole. can you help, find out information about the watch?

Thank you very much) I looked at the usual 1500, there the labels are short. I was very scared, I thought the dial was refinish. but you reassured me)) I will polish and go look for a buyer))))
