Anchor Pouch in green
Dear Experts,
When were these green pouches replaced by the clear slimmer ones? Thank you! |

I can't say the packaging for Rolex anchors changed from the green pouch to a clear plastic bag, since I've not seen one in a green pouch. I can state that the last of the anchors were contained in a clear plastic sleeve until being discontinued.

From the watches I have seen I think it was some time in the late 70s.That said it could vary between countries, but I think that somewhere in the late 70s/early 80s is a good estimate.

The ornamental anchors that came along with Submariners. Dig through that shed of yours and maybe one will turn up! https://www.watchprosite.com/rolex/r...88558.6930913/ |

@narembeen, could you kindly take a picture or two, please? Each side of the anchor and pouch too? Thanks!
