Back from getting the Explorer regulated-

The words of the watchmaker in response to me saying my Explorer was a little fast and him checking it on his machine- "you have a screamer!"

It averaged 9 seconds fast throughout the positions! Hey Rolex what the ....? This was a new watch, I asked how it could be off this much. The response was that sometimes during shipment they get knocked out of whack.

Oh well, after about 30 minutes he had me on my way. The guy is really cool and let me watch everything he was doing and explained each step. It was great to see inside and get a look at the movement.

In the end he only charged me ten bucks for the work, I gave him and 20 and told him lunch was on me.
