GMT Master IIC

Hi,

I have had my new GMT Master II for about 2 months now, and normally wear it for at least 3-4 hours a day. Last night I wore my GMT from about 6pm to about 9pm.. Today, after looking at my watch at 4pm, (it was sitting on my desk since 9pm the night before) I noticed that it had stopped at about 2pm. I picked it up and the second hand started to move again, but quickly stopped. I then began to wind it, now it seems fine.. Is this normal?

Thanks

You probably need to wear it at least 6 hours a day to keep her going.

Wear the watch more! Or get a winder. An Orbita would be my suggestion!

That sound normal.
If you don't like to adjust the time then winder is a good idea.
Personally I don't use winder much but after my buddy gave me a winder, I've put my GMT Pepsi on since it takes a little more (just a little) time to adjust the date if it stops. All others I let them stop and readjust when I take it out of the closet....

Give it a good 40 turns of the crown to wind it up and wear it more often! I got my GMT IIC TT and has been -2 seconds to +1 second over a 3 week period! It is virtually 100% dead on to the second. wear yours in good health!
