Vintage Ladies Rolex Precision Help?

Hello! I hope this is the right place to ask, but I recently came across this vintage Rolex Precision ladies model that used to belong to my Grandmother. I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this or has seen one of these before? It's stamped 18k WG and I have the original box, but not the original paperwork unfortunately. I would love to know what year and possibly a reference estimate of the value.

One of hundreds of ladies cocktail watches Rolex released in the 50s, 60, 70s and beyond.Seemingly random model numbers and non-oysters so no public records of serial numbers. They ranged from simple. elegant models like yours to fantastic, flowery things dripping diamonds, rubies and such.

Unfortunately not much collector value and values are usually melt plus a few hundred. Much more value as a remembrance of someone loved enough to receive such a lovely present. :)
