Is this Rolex Sub Date legit?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tab%3DWatching

In the third picture it LOOKS like it has a ref. # of 16613, which would make it a two tone sub. My eyes may be decieving me though!
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ron

If you want, I can meet with the guy. He's in Tallahassee, FL (where I am) and apparently works at the MagLab (about 5 minutes from where I live). I can have him meet me at the AD here in town for checking it out.

I can't tell just by looking at the pic. It is a bit too small for my eyes to see it correctly.

The dial is from a two-tone Submariner. The watch might be pieced together or who knows what!!!

On second thought, I would take a pass on this one. John is right, the dial does look to be from a TT (but I think it just may be due to yellow lighting). That said, the 5 o'clock marker in the first picture is not where it is supposed to be, but in all the other pics it is. I'm a little suspect of it at that point.

I bet that if you offered to have the guy meet me at the AD, he would refuse.
