Advice: Daytona 116509: Faces / Bezels

I write today to solicit advice from the hive-mind of experts and aficionados, in my quest for my version of the penultimate white gold daytona.

I am NOT as knowledgeable as most of the tenured members, and my current challenge (buyer disease state) is that I'm only interested in a handful of very, very, specific watches.

My plan is to source and swap a ceramic bezel, and I'm going for the final look in the first image below. (1)

I'm torn between the silver racing arabic dial (3) and the white "panda" racing arabic dial (with black subdials)(2). I'm currently leaning panda.(2)

I think both options came from the factory with red subdial hands.

In addition to your considerations, my questions:

1. What years were these models made? Are they all 4130 movements?

2. I've read that it's possible, but challenging, to ceramic-bezel-ify a 116509. Has anyone done so, or have product number knowledge?

3. Any authoritative resources on Daytona models over the years?

4. I'm searching on the various forums and brokers, but would welcome input regarding watches for sale.

Thanks in advance!
