Possible incoming Sub!

Just got a call for a no date sub. In the mean time I had bought a Speedmaster (which I love) but I had kind of not expected the call so was happy with my 5 watch collection.

Going to the AD in about an hour to have a look at make the decision. Based on the market I would be a fool not to pick it up is my first instinct. My second is I just spent $4k on my home theatre setup and am a little short on funds!

The Submariner is a new classic, if you can afford it get it, mine hasn't come off my wrist since I got it last September, just a fantastic watch.

Good luck with the decision.

I’ve always found that buying a new watch should “feel fun”. If you’re feeling stretched financially you should give pause and decide what feels right to you

I got it, I really couldn't pass it up. Weirdly the box hasn't come in yet so i will have to go back and collect that later in the week.

Financially I am doing great just always trying to be thrifty, and a luxury timepiece isn't the smartest buy. I am going to sell one of the collection to ease the pain. :)

Congrats in advance! I love the no-date simplicity, back to what the watch really was when it was first launched in 1953!

Congrats - I'm hoping to get any SS sub from an AD, and I know that I wouldn't be able to pass that up if I were you.
