Incoming... (1/2)

Hello guys! Just got two watches today. I'm so excited about these.

Since back in 2016 I had to sell my little collection, I was longing to have a Luminor Panerai again... I had the logo back then, and it was my first real fine watch, and I love it. But it was a bit difficult to use daily, and I was always thinking I'd like to get an automatic Panerai with date in order to be able to use it more over the week.

So... I just got this baby. With a great discount, and since I travel across timezones, I decided to get it in the GMT version.

And it's... (drumroll) The PAM 00944! There are a few things I love about it... The power reserve indicator, the GMT function, which I am learning to figure out -- haha, but already set it with europe + my home land-- and finally, that it's more of a dress watch (less thick than normal Luminors)... It looks nice with a shirt (wearing a blue oxford shirt today). I missed having more of a dress watch, that still has the Italian military DNA in it, with that amazing crown lock.

Have a great evening! :)

Hello! That's true! Shoul've posted under Panerai...

Got mixed up, because I just also got a Tudor today! Hehehe...

If one of the mod would mind, would you please move it into Panerai? Thanks and sorry for the mix up.

Beautiful! Panerai's Luminors have something special indeed...
And paired with a nice Tudor too! Even better. Developing a dangerously growing interest in Tudor myself as of lately too... Hmmm... Dangerous indeed! Haha

Thanks Dave! I love it so far. And yeah, you're right, there's might be a hidden reason for the discount. I found a small light 1mm scratch next to the bottom right lug... Weird. Maybe a client bought it and then returned it to the AD. But yeah, the rest looks flawless and bought it as "new".

Will take a photo and send an email to the AD. :)

Thank you all guys!! :)

Mike, hehe... I'm still traveling (airport right now), but once I get home, will do a proper Tudor post!! :) I always wanted to have the black bay with the red bezel! Let's see how it feels when I get to start using it!

Congratulations on both new purchases. Not all of us Rolex fanatics are snobs. I love my Panerai 343 Regatta Radiomir too!
