Icon9 Bracelet screws :Eternal Unsolved Question

First of all thanks for this beautiful place were watch enthusiast can share easily !

I will expose you a trouble I have with a watch of mine, which has to be explained in two parts.

1)
Today I am facing a small issue that became my obsession because nobody (namely independant watchmakers and multiple Rolex ADs INCLUDING Rolex France).

I own a beautiful 116520 and I have the 78590 bracelet on it. Due to the fact the screws heads where a bit worn out which is not a big deal, I went to a local AD to have them changed.

But, in addition to the new screwdriver scar caused by the fantastic watchmaker, the newer screws are not perfectly flushed or leveled or however you want to call it.
Not only the screws changed seems to be smaller than the original ones, they also are most likely the wrong ones.

After a little investigation I found that two references were used (thanks to this forum). Only problem : I am not pretty sure of my conclusion AND the AD as well as Rolex France seem to be unaware of this subtle reference issue. On the other hand, I only had a girl responsible for the communication at Rolex France so not a real watchmaker from their place in Paris...

The current result is that the screws used are a slightly shorter than the original ones (and I have few of them still so it looks like a stupid mix & match). I also red about the fact the mount full sized bracelet then they polish the whole thing to have everything leveled but this is so weird and I don't think this is the issue here...

2)
I have the same type of issue with a 63600 Super Jubilee bracelet that I use sometimes on my 116520 Daytona. This time, I adjusted it myself with proper tools and loctite which was frankly pretty much flawless except the fact that it seems that some screws stick out of the end of the thread which is pretty discret and not a big deal, but is a bit weird again and disgraceful for an OCD person like me...

I am also searching a diagram of this bracelet in order to identify screws, to replace them by newer ones of the precise exact same reference, to make it perfect.

Hope it was not too long...
Thanks !
