Tudor BB58 Bracelet issue
I'm looking to buy the new BB58 Blue , had the original BB58 and had trouble getting a good fit - the bracelet was either too tight or too loose .
Is there a half link available for this bracelet . Anyone owned both original and the new version that can say if the adjustments / size is a bit different ? |

No half link
No half link is available for the BB58. It is disappointing but I seem to find a good fit without. Do wish it had the Easylink like my DJ41. I would take that over a 1/2 link.

Totally agree. Every bracelet should have an on-the-fly microadjust. Easylink, Glidelock… whatever.

I and so many others have reported this issue with all Tudor bracelets.
Have you tried moving the three clasp pins? Also, I found that moving a link from the 12 to the 6 o'clock side of the bracelet helped me, but not by much. Might be worth having a play around with it. Its a real shame and lets the BB58 down IMO. This is a great watch but is very much a form over function piece, made me laugh the other day when someone referred to it as a proper tool divers watch I am sure this is why the secondary market is now flooded with these watches, everyone bought on hype early doors (me included) and they are being offloaded in serious quantities. |

Tudor BB58 Bracelet issue
There are a few solutions, check old posts:
1- Drill 4th adjustment hole on clasp 2- Rolex easylink retrofit 3- Use of Rolex Oyster bracelet from Sub (using BB58 endlinks) Some good information here: https://axelbrass.com/bb58-black-bay...olex-easylink/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Its my only gripe with Tudor. Their flagship model that happens to be a dive style watch has a bracelet with a lack of adjustment and articulation at the clasp.

This is the answer you are looking for. I was going down the “axelbrass” path when I was waiting for my watch to come in. Fortunately I got a perfect fit with the stock bracelet. |

The BB58 is more of a homage to the dive watches of yesteryear than a modern day dive watch. If you want a true diver watch, then get the Pelagos.

I had the same problem. I’ve tried to intentionally stretch the bracelet but hasn’t worked yet. Bought a rubber strap from vanguard and I’m good to go for the summer

Flip it for a Pelagos! Has that cool spring loaded adjustment and micro adjusts.

I'm lucky that I get a good fit with the bracelet, but this looks great, I may have to get one.

Same problem here. I used to own a Black Bay Blue (41mm) and the lack of quick adjustment was annoying. My wrist size fluctuates throughout the day, especially in the Summer so I would get a perfect fit sometimes but other times it would be too tight.

Tudor BB58 Bracelet issue
Looking at mine just now it appears that that issue is that the links are effectively 5 micro adjustment holes long and there are only 3 micro adjustment holes on the clasp, so if you don’t get a good fit as standard you’ll always be one micro adjustment hole too tight or too loose with no further adjustment available.
I was lucky that I get the perfect fit using the middle micro adjustment hole so can go looser or tighter as necessary depending on ambient temps. I took a chance and was fine. The extra hole workaround was my fall back. It’s too good a watch to not see if you can try one first if you can. You can also use a 20mm (non SEL) Rolex bracelet using the Tudor end links. If the bracelet doesn’t fit, the soft touch strap is a thing of beauty! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The lack of articulation in the clasp was not good for me. The clasp wore bigger than the watch itself!!!
I used the OEM end links with an aftermarket Oyster solid link bracelet and a 5 digit Submariner clasp. That works for me and fits great. The only problem is that the stamped steel Rolex clasp seems "low rent" for a new watch, definitely not the standard that we expect these days, but it works... |

I just had plastic surgery with filler to my wrist to make adjustment just right.

I had a Pelagos & it was / is a great watch - sold it , the Blue was just not cutting it .
Figured I would buy a Black one - still looking . The BB58 Bracelet issue is a big disappointment. I just saw the OP 41 ,Lots to like . |

Sounds more like a wrist issue than a bracelet issue. While on the fly micro adjustments are a nice feature [and apparently a newly found requirement by many], I never use it on my Pelagos. Like all my watches, regardless how they are strapped to my wrist, are set to size once, and then worn.

A friend of mine who has a bb58 got a half link from a guy through Instagram, blackbay_owners. My friend is very happy with it.

Maybe a bit too nuanced about the fit? Just wear and enjoy.

I've been lucky enough to own two modern Tudors with the faux rivetted bracelet (BB58 blue and previous BB Chrono), I could not get a good fit on either. It's funny how this was never been an issue with the 3 Omega and 3 Rolex I've owned. |

That’s a good point about the clasp articulation (or lack of it) Strange for a more traditionally sized watch. It makes the entire clasp (from the first fully articulating link on the 6 o’clock side to the blade pivot on the 12 o’clock side) when shut wear as long if not longer than my SD43. Fortunately my wrist, whilst not large at 6.75 inches is very flat so it’s not an issue at all for me. If my wrist was the same size and more rounded the clasp design would be a real issue for me. I do wonder if perhaps the clasp design itself creates more of a sizing/comfort issue for many. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would think between adding/removing links and the three micro adjustment holes most could find a good fit. No issues with my Tudor GMT fit. Occasionally I'll move the micro adjustment one slot over but generally it fits great.

The issue for some is that you cannot resize the bracelet by 0.8 of a link, only a whole link or .6, .4 or .2 of a link because the clasp on the bracelets with faux rivets only has 3 positions for the micro adjustment because of the rivets. And I know from the gldelock on my SD43 that if I had to go 2mm looser or 2mm tighter than where its set by function of the clasp (as many BB wearers have to), it would be either too loose when cold and or too tight when hot to the point of not wanting to wear it. So I can see that its a real issue for some and a fundamental design flaw of the faux rivet bracelets, albeit a fixable one with some work or $
