Got the call for a Skydweller
But it wasnt the one that i wanted ( Blue or White Dial on Oyster Steel). SA said they had the Gold Oysterflex band that I could purchase.
Didnt want this as my first PM and passed on it. I'd rather have the old Smurf as my first PM, but i'm sure they are hard to come by NOS. Great to see the SA give me call even though didnt know which Skydweller model i was interested in.

smart move to pass. see way too many people "settle" for second choices these days.
(and you probably won't find a 116619LB NOS at any AD, but pretty easy to acquire from trusted resellers and when you factor in MSRP and sales tax, the markup is "relatively" reasonable. you should get it!) |

YG on oysterflex looks amazing. I’m not a YG guy but I almost bought one when offered. But passed for similar reasons.

I got a call from my SA a month ago for SS Sky Dweller but wrong color of dial.
I am waiting for SS blue dial Sky D but the one that came in was black dial so I passed and keep waiting for the blue dial.

Love my blue dial skydweller, it's an awesome piece. I bet the Yellow Gold OF skydweller looked awesome though! Paul the youtuber Rolex guy has one of them and wears it all of the time.

Yea, keep holding for the one you love, don't let them pressure you.
