Looks just like my 16600. But I may not entirely understand the question either.

Just to clarify my question is whether the dial hands/bezel are original parts or are they service replacement parts?
Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The bezel inserts are made to be changed if needed, and any 16610 is a watch made in there millions, picture of watch looks a fine example. If hands have any glow in very dark room when exposed to a high light source, possible hands have been changed but no big deal on a 16610

I believe the insert is original judging only from the same patina on the pearl and dial markers. Hands may have been replaced but we can't be sure. It's a great watch overall IMHO so if the price is right I think you should get it.

Like the watch a lot.
Am a fan of the R & L serials which (as has been said) is normally where you get the open 6 & 9s. |

The hour, minute, and second hands on my 16800 were replaced years ago because the paint was flaking. The date wheel was also replaced as it too was flaking. Not saying that anything has been replaced, but the color difference between the pink hour markers and the hands, looks exactly like my watch. Over the course of years, watch parts are replaced, these watches are not museum pieces, no sane person one could care less so long as the watch is functioning properly.

I wouldn’t hesitate
Looks like a good example If the dial hasn’t been changed it looks like in fabulous condition, wg lume plots. |

The case has been polished indeed, not terribly but still... You can see next to the crown guard where there's a small part that needs to be brushed, has been polished out.
Bezel is correct for its era. Plots look good, hands can be original, can't tell from those photos. I would see if they glow, if not, I wouldn't worry about it, if they do, I'd pass. Overall, nice example and can definitely be improved if went to a good professional watchmaker to do some touch-ups in certain areas. Overall, I like what I see, bracelet sits nicely as well. |

That’s a fine 16610. 3135 Open 6,9 date wheels are far less common and have been observed mostly on R and L serial numbers so that’s something that stands out on your watch.

I’m no expert, but the dial appears matte in some parts, now that may be patina but the watch is not all that old, perhaps it’s just the pic.
