I just noticed...
In my continuing quest to decide on the perfect face for my Datejust (I have been leaning toward blue with stick markers), I decided to look at all my other watches. Out of five watches, I discovered that three have stick markers, two have diamond markers, and all but one have light (MOP, white, silver or combo) faces. The fifth has a face that matches the band (mostly gold).
I am really drawn to the photos I have seen of the black MOP, but I am not in love with the diamond markers. Can black MOP be had without diamonds on a steel Datejust? I would even consider upgrading to a WG fluted bezel if I could find the perfect dial. I also like the light blue, but I don't know if that is still available anymore (except on the platinum).

I've seen it with Arabics before... on a fluted bezel.
