Bluesy (126613LB), difficult to get at AD?
Hi,
I might be interested in getting a Bluesy (126613LB). I was wondering if it difficult to get this model at the AD these days. I am located in Germany and I picked up a new Subdate (126610LN) at the local AD with an 11 months waiting time (and no previous purchase history there). Would the Bluesy be easier (and faster) to get there or are they about the same? Thanks.

This gets asked about once a week (at least) but consensus seems to be it's about the easiest sport model to get. Myself and others with no purchase history have gotten one "immediately" in the past year. So definitely easier than the Sub date or no-date.

I have a 5 year history with my AD and close to 10 watches purchased...mostly Rolex and requested a TT Bluesy a few weeks ago. For me, probably looking at close to a year based on the current market conditions.

I've been waiting since release (11 months), just one prior purchase though.
If I weren't in such as high demand area, would be less I suppose. |

It's a great watch, well worth some wait. Think they are only running 3K over on grey so if that's not a breaking point for you might be a consideration.

So I suppose I will do the waiting game at the AD (and improve my relationsship for future purchases.)

Got mine as a walk in. And another after a 3 weeks wait. Very very easy to get. Don’t pay a cent above MSRP for that one.

Situation seems to be really different depending on where your are…
In Paris, France, they usually do not sell this piece to someone without history and it can easily take up to a year of waiting

Different times than 2018. AD’s vary widely. You don’t have much history so I would say there would probably be many others ahead of you. Up here it’s about a year wait if not longer depending on relationship. Put your name down with your AD and enjoy the anticipation..

To give a bit of feedback here:
I received my Bluesy exactly 2 weeks after visiting my AD in Germany an being put on the interest list. I am quite happy with this. Next purchase (hopefully) will be a Pepsi. We'll see...

In 2019 I got one on the spot first time I had ever visited that store. I expressed my interest in the new model at the beginning of this year and received it in August so about 8 months.

You are going to get wide variety of answers. Before new blusey I purchased, I have 8 years with one AD and purchased 6 watches. Reached out to AD on a Saturday afternoon…That same evening I magically got one. Could have been some else passed on it.

I've turned down 2 recently. From my perspective it's not that hard to get.

I just got one on the 14th in Clearwater FL. As a walk in, on a business trip.

I was told around a 6 month wait by one AD. That same AD offered me the black TT yesterday but I passed. No purchase history with this AD.
Another AD told me he didn't think it wouldn't take "too long." |

Interesting post, as I just put my name on the list for the Bluesy this week with a three watch purchase history over the past 2-3 years. He did not give me any indication how long it might be, as I suspect he has no idea. Stay tuned!

At launch, I got mine the day I called with no purchase history, back in Sep 2020. Was I lucky? Possibly, but I doubt this is a hard watch to get from an AD. TT is notoriously less popular than SS. I personally find the Sub TT blue or black to be an excellent value proposition. They look amazing.

I got mine after waiting a little over 2 months. No prior history with this AD.
